…a band of oddballs plucked off the Island of Misfit Toys (Santa Cruz, CA, actually).

We’ve heard our music described as power pop, indie, twee, jangle…and while all that may be true, we just make songs that make us happy. Songs that will hopefully make you feel everything from deep melancholy to childish jubilance.

We all found each other in late 2025 and after 8 weeks of writing and woodshedding 10 new songs, we hit the recording studio. After a long and lovely weekend in our collective happy place, we had our debut album, “brief transmissions for the woefully hopeful”. (We hope you like it.)

While none of us have had the pleasure of sharing a cup of tea with Big Foot or chatting politics with space aliens, it doesn’t mean they’re not real…are we right? We all hope there’s more to life than what our eye-balls and ear-holes show us, and we’re trying to figure it all out one song at a time.

At the end of the day, we’re just 5 fragile humans, navigating this painful, beautiful and utterly confusing road trip called Life. Feel free to hop in and ride shotgun with us. We’d love the company.
